Should i have the band play? we are having a dj as well so not sure how many songs to have the band play?

just suggested to h2b to have them playing as we arrive at the venue and get them to play a set, h2b doesnt think they will play for long

I've found that most bands will allow you to use their pa system to play cd's etc in between performances. They usually have their own lighting systems with them as well. That is what I'm hoping to do anyway. I've found a few that are what we are looking for we just need to go and see them live before we book.

i've heard their live stuff before only way i can describe them are a indie pop quartet, and i love their stuff. they are only young lads from nottingham so thought it would add to their portfolio if that makes sense?

The band we were gonna have normally play 3 hour sets with a few lil breaks to get a drink etc.. (or they just used to tell me over the mic what they wanted lol) Id say have tehm when yous arrive.. Altho maybe not when people are eating.. x

Our band is playing 2 sets and we can plug our iPod into there pa system and use their lights in the break you should ask them what time slot they want then they can play as many songs as they can fit in x

They are only charging us £50, but we are going to feed them (if they want food) and chuck a crate of beer in for them to
my mates partner is doing the disco so might get him to play in between the sets

bands normally play for about 11/2 set give or take depending on how long you book them for!
