I'm having purple and ivory too! I never realised how popular it was when I picked it - the decision was a mix of going through colours we like (turquoise and yellow were also options) and trying to think what would look alright with my sister's bright ginger hair!

A word to to wise on purple. Purple is a tricky colour to capture repeatedly and correctly with many cameras and changing lighting. Please ,please ,please use a professional photographer if your are having purple as a main colour theme.
