hi everyone just wondered how u all are coping with wedding nerves? im not gettin married untill january nearly 4 months left and everytime i buy something for the wedding or think about it i get butterflys and get sooo excited.

i get married in 6 weeks ..still a few bits and bobs to sort out..but got a appointment at our venue on thursday ..tahts when il get butterflies lol xx

Ive not got long now and the nerves are kicking in lol - H2b is very laid back but I know he wont be on the day - started having trouble sleeping cos so much is going round and round in my head - worrying I will forget something and also not had much of an appetite either - next week will be worse all the last minute bits to do but it will all be worth it x

got a few butterflies but more excited than anything else. Struggling to fit last minute bits in though, which is a bit worrying but i know everything will come together.

I haven't really got any nerves at the moment, the only thing I'm worried about is losing my name. At first I was excited to change my name but now it feels more like I'm losing my identity, I know it'll pass so I'm not fretting too much, will just take some getting used to.

yeah i do love my surname but i am also excited about taking his i have mixed feelings about it, i don;t like how it sounds with both surnames so thats not an option, if i keep mine i won't feel the same if you know what i mean x

I've tried writing my new name and it doesn't flow as nicely as mine, but obviously there's more to it than that! lol When I went to my new job for the day, I was introduced as Mrs Byford so as to not confuse the children in September, and it just felt weird, like it was someone else (which it is for now) but I don't see how that's going to change in 3 weeks, that suddenly I'll be like 'oh yeah, that's me'. I've been a Brown for nearly 30 years, it's who I am, it's hard to just let that go. Probably harder as I'm called Miss Brown every day, so that's who I am. That all probably sounds totally mad! lol

Aww your all getting married well before me except Alice! I tend not to sleep to well anyway atm got so much going on but i worry about the wedding all the time i think the fact that i have always dreamed of getting married since i was a little girl has a huge impact like you all i just want it to be perfect. But im sure all will go fine, make sure you enjoy your lovely days and i am sure my worries will turn into major nerves sooner rather than later. Am very excited to be changin my name, our honeymoon is booked and because im pre applying for a married name passport my honeymoon is booked under Mrs Steer :) xx

Im lucky I changed my name by deed poll last year due to having to become untraceable because of my ex so everyone knows me as Murphy anyway - just will be strange at the ceremony when they say do you Debbie Murphy take Terry Murphy etc lol x
