I mainly use the forum, find it a great help. I take a peek at the market every now and then. I will be ordering my dress from "your bridal wear" who advertises on this site, because of her great reviews and feedback given by members on the site.

Found a lovely photographer on here.... Joe Gilbert! :-) Really nice guy.... reasonably prices and would defo recommend. Just seen we can put links in this thread Didn't use him - but his work is soo good, and he's really sweet.... have recommended him to my mum for her wedding next year! I believe he gives ukbride discount too x
Also found it helpful to have somewhere to let off steam during the stress of wedding planning, and was nice to know other b2b's were going through the same things!

I found my photographer Shaun Taylor on here and was able to get 15% discount for mentioning ukb. His work is amazing and we booked him back in Jan with 18months still to go as didn't want to miss out. I did order a dress from Lorraine Christine who advertises on here but now changed my mind and going with a dress made by Savvy Cinderella who is also on here. I use the forum now and again to get advice and opinions and the ladies are always helpful.

I found our DJ for our London reception on here! Corabar Entertainment. I love that we have 24hr access to the site where we can look at music and select some 'must have's', 'maybe play's' and 'do not play this, under any circumstances'! They've been really helpful AND I got a 20% discount for being a member!
I love this site and even though I'm getting married in just 9 days, I'm not sure I'll be able to stay away afterwards! Thanks for making it such a great source of info and support, Hx

I was reccomended My Big Fat Gorgeous Wedding by a member on here, and know a few more ladies are going to be ordering their dresses from her. Her work is fantastic, and she offers a package discount, the more you order, the more the discount!
I was also debating Your Bridal Wear, but would rather Glasgow than China as I work within the shoe industry with china factories and see their work every day.

Yep I found my photographer through this site after our previous one became uncontactable? Anyway he was advertising a great package and his company name is Cumbria Photography, based in Penrith. Great guy really feel confident that the pics will be exactly what we are looking for so thanks as if it weren't for UK bride I don't think we'd have ever found anyone who would've been suitable for the price we wanted to pay.

I have got a Smooch rep coming out to see me in October - saw the most beautiful ring at their stand at one of the shows in Glasgow and because of the good feedback about them and also being a recommended supplier on here made me more comfortable with booking an appointment with them xx

I am going to put an order in with hen nights hq as they have some great items. When I think of anything I need I always go through the suppliers on ukb first before searching the internet. Like many brides on here I spend so long on the forum that I browse all the suppliers while on here and get some great recommendations from other brides who have used a ukb supplier.
