6.00 - wake up in hotel with my 2 daughters 6.15 - Shower and put on bride bathrobe, slippers and pj's (not decided what yet) 6.30 - Breakfast 7.30 - Nieces join us (2 other bridesmaids and flower girl) 8.00 - Photographer arrives at hotel (There all day) 8.30 - Give the girls their gifts for the day (bathrobe n slippers as well as jewellery to wear) 9.00 - Hair and make-up ladies arrive (girls first 4xbms and 1xfg) 11.00 - Girls get dressed while it's my turn for hair and make-up 12.30 - I get dressed 1.30 - Videographer arrives at venue (There for 8 hours) 1.40 - We leave to go the venue 1.45 - Arrive at venue and go to talk to the registra before ceremony 2.00 - CEREMONY (to include special vows and the rose ceremony and a trio to play music) (trio there for 2 hours so will continue during photo's) 3.00 - Photo's (guests served hot choc and milk n cookies in the courtyard to keep warm while room is turned around) 4.30 - Enter room to get drinks from the cash bar etc 4.45 - Cut cake 5.00 - Wedding breakfast (give out thank you gifts before starters) 7.00 - DJ arrives 7.30 - Reception starts and caricature/silhouette arrives (there for 4 hours) 7.30-8.00 - evening guests arrive 8.15 - First dance 8.45 - Bacon rolls and mini chip cones served 9.00 - Photo corner opens (done by the photographer and is open for two hours) 9.30 - Sweet/Dessert buffet opens 11.45 - Bride n grooms sparkler send off (Photographer said she would take pics :-)) 12.00 - Last orders at the bar 1.00 - Kick out time

Sounds great - only thing I would suggest would maybe to get the wedding breakfast under way slightly earlier - we were told by our venue to allow at least three hours but I don't know if that's them being over fussy - particularly if you might get some evening guests arriving earlier.
But it's looking great - you are soooo organised! Xx

Laurajo when we first went to see the venue they said it normally takes 2 hours for breakfast's but we havent finalised anything yet so when we do If I need longer I'll just put everything back an hour maybe? lol Cheers hunni
