It was new years eve 2007-08 and we were out with different groups of friends who knew each other :) so thats how we 'met', then we would go out with the friends for peoples birthdays, txt and chat on the net and then just the 2 of us met. Our 1st proper date was in the April :)

I met mine on a night out and he was on a stag do :) I just felt sorry for him because he was such a drunking mess, had to give him my number so he would go home hehe xx

i met mine in a pub. i was living in nottingham and came back home to visit family. he taught me to play poker. we didnt actually get together for another 18 months. i then moved in with him and got engaged within 5 months!! xx

We met in a cheesy night club. He said hello to me when I walked past him. But I played it cool. Then he came over and ask me to dance to I said yes and the rest they say is history, lol.

Me and H2B met at first year secondary school, I fell for him then, but we never started to date til we left 5 years later in 2000, and well we have been together ever since :) 10 years on :)

yeah the twin was fun to go out with coz im a twin we tryed setting my sister n his brother up but they didnt really get on :P xx

yeah i know he was only here 4 uni so we were lucky we met he didnt usually go out im very lucky ^.^ xx

I played an online game called Everquest 2 (a bit like WoW), and because I played the game from when it launched, I had created my character on a US server as at that time there weren't any European ones. So most of the people in game were Americans.

I played it with my ex, and he got an invite to a guild in the game, and got me an invite later. The guild was run by 2 guys, one in the US, and one in the UK. I got chatting to the UK based leader and we seemed to get on well. Meanwhile ex was turning into "Intolerant B**tard from Hell".

Long story short - ex became ex, and I met up with the UK guild leader in real life, and we got on like a house on fire. I eventually rented a flat up near him to see if I liked the area, and he pretty much moved in with me :-) We've not been apart since!

my h2b was a friend of my first boyfriend many moons ago, he then became my friend too and we drifted together eight years after we first met and the rest, they say, is history :D xx

mine was on internet too....we chatted for almost 2 months before I agreed to meet him..first he asked me to dinner, then lunch, then coffee etc etc but I was so nervous about meeting him. He was the first and only person I met and he admits now that he was in love with me way before we met! awww x

i met my h2b at a rave! cant actually remember meeting him tho lol. but i do remember the morning after(nothing rude, i stayed at an afterparty with him and his friends at someones house) then he and his best mate to me home, all 3 of us on a bike lol. after that i didn't see him untill 8 yrs later when id been man free for some time and thought of him, remembering how he'd been good enough to make sure i was ok for the night and got me home. so i looked for him on feacebook, which took some time because i didn't know his last name. and when i found him, well that was that and here we are with 2 beautiful children =))

I've known my h2b since I was in the sixth form, he used to got out with one of my school friends. We had our first dance together when I was 18 to Angels by Robbie Williams - before his ex's best mate (also a school friend) dragged me off and warned me stay away from him :S Always bumped into him and his best mate (now best man) round town, and always liked him - but was always something (like one of us seeing someone else) that got in the way. Then he stopped going out for a while and when I next saw him a couple of years later it turned out that he'd gotten married and had a baby, but the marriage had failed and they were divorcing. I had just split up with my at the time fiance so things still weren't good for us, and I didn't see him again for another two years! When we did finally manage to get together, almost three years ago now, it didn't take us very long at all to come to the conclusion that we didn't want to be apart at all - and six weeks later me and the girls started a month long process of moving in with him. Haven't looked back - despite the nightmare ex determined to split us up lol

i met my H2B on a sort of blind date! his friends are friends of my friends, there was a group that went out often in couples, i was single my OH was single (both had been thru bad relationships) my friend kept pestering me to meet H2B for a drink so we could make up another couple on nights out. his friend was pestering him also. we were both adament we didnt want to as didnt want a relationship, and oh was due to move back to scotland within a few months anyway. after being pestered for months, and full of vodka, my friend dared me to message H2B on FB... me not wanting to turn down a dare messged him, but got no reply. a month later the same thing/dare, so messaged him again, still no reply lol a few weeks later we were both on FB chat and got talking, mainly laughing at how our friends were trying to set us up. we chatted for days and got on well, and agreed to met for a drink, knowing neither of us wanted anything more. we met, went for a curry and drink and got on so well! he moved back to scotland a couple of months later and we spent months and months travelling. the distance (240miles) got too much so eventually he found a job down here and moved in with me and my children...... now we getting married this year!!!

at work,he was affraid i was say no so asked my friend to ask me lol

I came up to Stoke for the weekend to see my friend we ended up in a Vodka bar in a town Id never been too and Chris was there with his mate (1st time hed been out since hed split from his gfriend) My friend thought his mate was cute and I thought Chris was cute so we wandered over .........turns out his mate is an idiot but didnt stop Chris and I from having a giggle, after much messing with his phone I finally put my number in it for him and we then proceed to have 3 dates in that weekend .
We then spent the next 3 months commuting between Stoke to Essex, until I moved up to Stoke in July, he told me he wanted to marry me after a month, showed me the church etc and he finally asked my dad over Christmas (wedding ahs been booked since Nov) so now Im just waiting for him to ask me lol xx

We met at the gym, we were both married but I know his marriage was over but mine wasn't, after ex hubs left I saw Mark at sainsburys on valentines day no less! He told me he had left his wife and of course my ex had left me and the kids too, so I started seeing him, just for 10 mins each day as his ex was being really nasty blaming me for splitting them up????? lol Anyway July he moved in, his ex moved 200 miles away so it's all good. I wish I had met him years ago but sometimes I think you need to go through the bad stuff to appreciate the good ;0)
