We ar getting married in a hotel so there will be no organist and didn't really want to hire someone to play music for the entrance and exit only, so how would you go about your entrance, exit and signing the register music? X

The venue's wedding co-ordinator will be turning ours on and off. Haven't decided if we're going to supply her with the music on a cd or ipod yet though- will decide nearer the time.
I once went to a wedding where the bride had a close friend do the music as a way of being involved but I don't think they'd rehearsed and initially the music went on long after the bride had reached her groom and then she got so wrapped up in the ceremony that she forgot to turn the music on again as the happy couple made their exit... so if you do choose a friend, make sure you practice it a few times before the main event.
