Just wondering how you are dressing your venue as I dont know if I have got enough now I have sat back and though about it, this is what i have got..

    Fo the ceremony

    Chair covers
    Sashes
    Ceremony Table flowers

    Wedding Breakfast

    Chair Covers
    Sashes
    Table Runners
    Table Crystals
Glass bowls with fresh flower centre peices
Cloud 9 balloons to go above top table (pictures will be in album shortly)
    Top table flowers
Bridesmaid flowers will be being placed in several places after ceremony (cake table, table with wedding post box on, possible either end of the top table depending on how long it is)

    Evening reception

    Chair covers
    Chair sashes
    Same centre peices
3 candles on each table ( pictures will be in album shortly)
cloud 9 balloons above buffet table
    Table crystals

Thats it i think, i havent got anything like these starlight backdrops that some people have got and i havent got many balloons as i am not really a big fan of them but have i got enough, is there anything else i need or you can suggest?

I think that sounds fine. I'm just having the chair covers & sashes for the ceremony (they're then being taken through for the reception), They're providing a flower arrangement for the ceremony. I'm putting a moroccon lantern with candles and flowers as the table centre pieces. The room has recently been redecorated and has lots of candles around the room so don't think I'd be doing much else to be honest. I'm then giving the lanterns to family afterwards as little thank you's so they can use them in their gardens and have a reminder of our day, or at least that's the plan at the minute lol x

    ceremony

chair covers with a single rose in the sash on each chair, at the front by the registrars table, on pedestals, will be two candelebras with white flowers and the reg table will have a white long and low. The ceremony room doesnt need much decoration as it is amazing anyways so dont want it looking too over done.

the drinks reception will just have their old style table with the two candelabras moved to this table.

bridal breakfast will see the top table having the long and low and the two candelebras on, main tables will have tall vases based on mirrors with huge but not too big you cant see, white flowers, displayed on mirrors with three tea lights and the roses on the chairs in teh ceremony room moved and placed on the napkins or side plates of everyones place. the place settings are very vintage so they will look amazing all on the table. There will also be a bm bouquet with the cake stand and we are also having a table with photies of marriages for all of the family which will also have a BM bouquet. There will also be an easel with the table plan on a mirror there too. I think thats about it.

cant wait to be Mrs Evans less than 3 weeks woooo
    start weight 10st 1.5 lbs
    weight now 8st 4.5 lbs
total loss to date: 24.5 lbs now need to maintain!

Thanks everyone, i just over think everything, and because i cant physically see everything together, nothing looks right in my head.
I think I will have plenty now after reading everyones responses, think i am going to leave the table crystals off the evening reception tables as it may be too much with centre peices and candles

Table Crystals...YAY! we changed venue, and the previous venue doesnt allow them.....now we can!
Tall lass vases filled with fresh Ivory Roses and gypsophela standing on circular mirrors
Vintage birdcages filed with roses with pearls draped over them.....(they were going to be the centrepeices but the venue supply the vases of flowers for free so I thought I will stand the birdcages in the alcoves around the room.
Large free standing birdcage filled with flowers to stand next to cake table
Vintage picture frame standing on an easel with table plan
1950s leading ladies as table names, and menus set in frames on the tables.
    Ivory linen table cloths.
havent decided whether to hire the chair covers or not yet. they cost £3 but i only need 24, and they would use Ivory covers with all the 4 different colours of my bridesmaids dresses as the organza bows.

Both Dunelm Mills and the range have got them, and I cant remember where out of those two i got them from. I actually got 2 but different sizes, they were 10 x 8 inches and 16 x 12 inches. because i was going to also use one for the menu just as people walked through the door, but then I decided to have individual table menus instead, so the 10 x 8 one is now having a picture of us in as children next to the guest book, and the 16 x 12 one will be for the table plan.

    I think the 10 x 8 one was £6 and the 12 x 16 one was £12,
they are both a cream distresses colour, in a vintage design....

    similar to this

and I also bought these and made the numbers for the tables, before i decided to have table names, and I dont think names would fit in these frames....So I am thinking I might put pictures of the kids in them and dot them around the room....

    They are so cute x

My frames are from dunelm but they arent at all vintage looking so will probably have to re-think the whole vintage frame idea x
