hi there, I ordered a pair of zaggora hotpants in a L, but they're actually too big for me (I've since bought a M which are brilliant, in 1 week I've lost 4 cm off my waist!) - the website says they fit 16-22 but I'd say 18-22 as I'm a 16 and they weren't tight enough on me to do anything worthwhile. They cost me £25 inc postage and have only been tried twice (and since washed) - so if anyone out there would like them, feel free to message me!

It's the L that the website says is for 16-22, I bought 2 pairs one in a L and one M, which is apparently 12-14 - but I find the M fits me a lot better even though I'm a 16 usually!
Basically they're made from a wetsuit type material, which heats up your body, making your muscles work harder and therefore sweat more - the sweat stays inside so your undergarments will get damp especially if you've been exercising but if you're wearing say jogging bottoms over them you don't get any 'leakage'! The info leaflets say you can drop a jeans size in 2 weeks wearing them with moderate exercise, I've been just over a week and I've lost 4cm which is 1.5 inches off my waist alone :-)

Hmmm, I'm a 12-14. Maybe I'd better order an S and an M to be sure if they are a bit on the large size.

The shorts are cut like cycling shorts, so come quite high above your waist and the legs to mid-thigh - so I'm sure your areas will be covered - check the website for promotions x
