Hello to all, joined here months ago for help and advice with wedding on April 8th 2012.
Having some very bad experiences with Turnberry hotel and Joyce Young Bridal and wonderering if anyone else has had problems?
Customer service doesn't exist with either and has made the whole Scottish wedding dream a total nightmare.
The onlt time they are pleasant is when taking your money!!!

Didn't want to read and run - sorry to hear you're having problems, I think that this is becoming more and more common for a lot of brides and frankly I think it's disgusting that sales people think they can treat b2bs with so little respect when they are potentially making some of the biggest one day purchases of their lives! I hope you get things sorted soon x
