How do you ladies deal with your hormones and emotions when they go screwy? I'm crying at a film here for gods sake and I'm getting so emotional over silly things. I'm not pregnant before anyone goes down that road and my period isn't due for another two weeks so I can't understand why I'm like this.

I'm the same all of a sudden. I cry at the least wee things and I'm not pregnant either - well I don't think I am anyway. lol. I can't say there's any particular way I deal with it, I just let it flow sometimes. lol. xxx

Enjoy a good cry, then run a hot bath and have lots of bubbles in it. Revel in being a woman and having such emotions! Deep breaths and remind yourself you have so many good things to look forward to. If it persists on more than half the days of the week for 2 weeks then see your GP incase it's depression. And give youself a pat on the back and a break as you have so much on and you're not 100% well miss Jojo! I'd say reach for the chocolate but I know you're trying to do SW and if you do you'll just feel even worse. Hugs! xxx

I don't think it is depression as I've had it several times before and other than feeling very emotional over silly films etc. I'm just getting annoyed with myself more than anything for being such a numpty.

My OH reckons I have the craziest hormones and emotions! I can watch an advert and burst into tears (John Lewis ad over xmas had me wrecked every time!) And it's not down to anything like my period or pregnancy, it's just me being me lol! Sometimes you just need to have a good cry - I sometimes feel like it lets out all the tension (always feel better after a good cry lol!). Like the other girls said, just go with the flow :-) x

I did have a migraine this morning so maybe that has something to do with it.

I get migraines too and it sends my emotions potty a day before & a day after. And sometimes, yes, I'm just grumpy/emotional and cry at ridiculous things like adverts or old people.
    ;)
