Hi everyone.. We are getting married in September and are having a bit of trouble deciding where to go for our honeymoon, originally we wanted to go somewhere far away like Barbados or somewhere near there but apparently its either rainy season or hurricane season in places like that in September, so now we are stuck for ideas, we are also trying to avoid places with loads of kids because we have 2 young children and i'll miss them enough as it is without watching loads of other kids around me all the time.. Does anyone have any ideas.? xx

We went to Mexico in late August. It rained some days but was mostly brilliant weather.
As for kids remember it will be school term time for Europe and USA at least!
Now a extremely happy German housewife and now a Mother!!!!

Why not book an adults only hotel? Then you can be 100% sure there won't be kids!
Have you looked at Thailand ? Went there last October (that was where my OH proposed) stayed on phuket but I have heard that Koh samumi is nice at that time too.

I would say Maldives, cause even when it rains its over in seconds and the place is bone dry again.
I know folk that went to hawiai in October, and the weather was perfect, if a little hot, so September would be ok.
I don’t repeat gossip so listen very carefully!!
