I was wondering if any of you have done the gift lists for chipping in for the honeymoon? If you know of a good website or maybe a DIY one if thats possible :) I dont want things for my house so thought this is a fab idea!

what do u mean the lists? We are just putting a not in the invitiations if anyone wants to buy a gift, we would very much appreciate some money towards our honeymoon spending money. Is that what you mean??? x

Yea we want people to chip in for our honeymoon rather than buying a gift. I found some websites that do a honeymoon gift list but they charge. Is there a way to do it yourself? x

Our friends had a honeymoon giftlist. It was amazing! The list included things like dinners, scuba diving trips, excursions and other foods like ice cream etc. If u want I could ask them the website they used? Xx

I have upgraded our paypal account to be able to accept money from people and added a donate button to our wedding website gift page. We are putting a poem in our invites just saying to everyone dont get us a gift but it you want to give something please could it be money towards our honeymoon. Details of how to donate money will be in the invites somewhere as I dont really want cash brought to the reception just incase. xx

My brother used this website, *************************************** for people to contribute towards their honeymoon by by purchasing things to do rather than just giving them money xx

As alot of our guests dont use a computer and cant access the internet. Do you think it would seem weird or cheeky if we made some sort of wishing well and put it out at the reception. Note it on the invitations that they can contribute towards our honeymoon on the day via this rather than a gift :) x

I personally dont this is cheeky and you can find specific money poems for the purpose of a wishing well, i know i seen a couple on the bay. : ) x

we have done this we booked through thomas cook and they have a lovely inset that you put in your invites , then they reiburs you when you have the vouchers . lovely and simple xx
