I've been looking at private villas today and I have to say I'm baffled !!! I've looked at Mainland Spain, Ibiza (Which I very much fancy), Crete, Cyprus.... But I'm just so confused.. There are so many gorgeous ones.. I feel like I'm playing it safe with Spain or Ibiza but I'm just so worried that we don't know what to expect in Crete and Cyprus.. I'm not a very risky person and although we want a peaceful relaxing honeymoon, I want to know that there is always the fun side of holidays just a train or car ride away like water parks etc... Like our holiday in June, we were in a lovely still mostly Spanish part of Spain but there was still great day trips to be had not far away.. I like the safety of knowing that lol...

The quieter side of Ibiza is really calling to me.. Some amazing villas there..

Anyone offer any advice on Ibiza ? xxx

I don't have a clue about Ibiza, but I lived in Cyprus and it's such a beautiful place. Depending on where you go there are some amazing things to do. Depending on the time of year, you can go from sitting on the beach in the sun, to being up in snowy mountains in less than an hour.theres water world in ayia napa, and larnaca is a beautiful harbour town x

Es Cana is great for the quiet area of Ibiza, and it has the hippy market on a Wednesday too which is amazing!we hated San Antonio with sick all over the boardwalks from the 18-30s booze cruises...was ok for a day out but couldn't stay there continuously and you can get anywhere on the island in about 30mins so no issues, the buses are easy to use etc, and some great little hideaway villages too with great beaches x

We played it fairly safe, and are going back to Mexico for the 4th time.

We had considered going elsewhere, but decided we'd rather go somewhere we know and love, thank take a gamble, as it's costing such a lot of money.
