HI everyone, im Sian! I joined about 5mins ago, all a bit confusing really not into the web and all that!!! Im getting married in Nov 2011 and was planning a wedding abroad but due to family were now having it in this country so panic stations as planning (and diet) begins!!! Any tips, help or advice would be very welcome.

Hello Sian!
If you are getting married in 17 months you have time, so don't panic. In my (limited) experience I think the best place to start is to work out a budget, think where (in the country) you would like to get married and work out approx. numbers. Then I would try and get the venue + registrar/church (if want a church) sorted as these things tend to book quite quickly. My other priority was the dress, but everyone will have different priorities.
