So it's 5 and a half months til my big day, and my sister (who's 2 years older and got married 2 years ago) is MOH so I've asked her to organise the hen do. What's she done? Nothing. Nothing at all. I've sent her contacts and links to ideas and she's done naff all.

Looks like I have two options - fall out royally because she doesn't seem to give two hoots about my wedding, and possibly lose her as bridesmaid and not have her at the wedding. OR I just organise it myself and tell her it's because I can see she's sooo busy working 2 DAYS A WEEK and looking after a 3 year old and probably diffuse the situation...?

If you go for option 2 ladies, I need ideas!!!

I'm pretty hot headed so won't tell you what I'd say, but I'm planning on having a week in Newquay, action day or 2, then a pampering day or 2 xx

yeah i'd speak to her and ask why. it's not like she's overly busy (sorry!) but if she's anything like my sister she'll throw a strop and threaten to leave the wedding party and make you feel like shite and you'll end up organising it yourself. you've got time to organise something if she doesn't come through for you honey. x
