hello ladies... can i pick your brains please

i am organizing my hen night and want to get the invites out before xmas as it will be in may so lots of time for people to save ...

decided on going to london £100 per person and we get this
1 nights stay in central 5* accommodation
Full Use Of Spa Facilities whilst staying at hotel
Two Course Meal Including glass of Champagne & Club Entry

so i was thinking seeing 4 people who are coming live in Kent and the remainder are up north i would hire a limo for the rest of us to travel down in and back up again and i will pay for this (keep costs down so more people will come)

i was gonna get everyone a tshirt printed for the traveling down and have hen goodie bags too.

what i need is a theme for the night, im not in to veils flashing lights or musical w!lly hairbands, id like classy or something completely different

do any of you ladies have better imagination that me as so far i have come up with zero. also does this sound like a good hen night??

    many thanks xx

Hollywood Glamour? Posh dresses, styled hair, glitzy jewellery? That way you get to really dress up, and as all the hen party will be doing it nobody will feel over dressed.

Sounds perfect to me as thats what i have planned hehehe (except we are going to a west end show at night time instead of the nightclub as taking my bm's the youngest who will be 10 and oldest 16).

Like what chrissy said glam it up a bit, dress in ball gowns etc :-)

Oooh A show in the West End would make a perfect night for Oscar night! You could tell the theatre in advance and see if you could get a box! You could xplain what you are doing and why and they may really make your night special Hayley :o)))) Or have you already thought of that? Lol xx

My daughter has always wanted to go to a show in the west end so i thought what better time then my hen.
Have planned to go to london for the weekend. And on saturday go out shopping during the day for a posh dress etc, then get her's and everyone elses nails, hair and make up done with the older one's also having a full body massage :-) then go for a nice meal before the show with a limo taking us all there......going to be fab.
My sister is organising it all (well i planned the sat she's booking it and planning the sunday) so will mention getting the box, she said she has a few surprises in mind so unsure what else she has planned lol

When you say something inside, what sort of something? Do you mean to keep or a token of some kind? Got my thinking cap on. How about a riddle? Don't tell anyone where you are going and make them work it out! We've done similar on birthdays where they start off with one clue which leads to another then another until they finally get the present! Just chucking ideas out there, lol.

Im doing pretty much the same as you hun. When we go out in the evening Im gonna ask everyone to wear black dresses with pink accessories, coz everyone is comfortable in black. But then im gonna wear a pink dress with black accessories. Im the same as you, dont like all the flashing veils. But I might get hen night sashes for everyone to wear.

I love the idea of dressing up. Lets face it, how often do we get to *really* dress up these days? I have a couple of long dresses I wore to theme nights (Oscars theme, and James Bond theme), and they've sat in the wardrobe ever since. Everything else we go to these days seems to be cocktail dresses at most.....

I was going to do the whole London thing for mine - kinda fancied doing a silly class at Pineapple Dance Studios during the day, and then something in the evening.
