Well as most of you know, I am chief bridesmaid for Geri (for those of you that dont know she's a former member of ukbride but a friend of mine for over 4 years)..

also that i live in aberdeen and she is in nottingham..now because if it wasn't for my mum organising cocktail lessons , i would have quite crappy hen nights and i just want to make sure that Geri has a fab night! Obviously there is only so much I can do being so far away but i want to list what ive done so far and see what you gals think and what else i could do?? can't be anything costly because im already spending money

1. Making up 15 questions to email / fb to her h2b (questions are Mr&Mrs Style & also she doesn't know this and won't know til the evening) and once i have all his answers, i shall put them on paper and read them out to her on the night during the meal ..if she gets a question right (all the group take a drink) if she gets it wrong (just Geri takes a drink)

2. I have fb'd all of the other hens coming to the night asking them to message me back a wee message about what kinda friend Geri is to them and how much she means...once i have them all im goin to make up a wee scrapbook for her to give to her on the day of the henny so she can keep and look back in future and see just truly how much she's loved! (again she doesnt know)

3. Ive copied dares onto paper and put them onto card and decorated them (all 20) and put them into a handmade keepsake box for her i also did for scratch and personalised it..also another thing to put bits and bobs from the wedding in that she can keep.

4. I am getting stuff (as well as Geri ) to put into "survival/goody bags" i.e paracetamol (for when u go to bed after the night ends or in the morning), plasters in case of any blisters, a hen night sash, party poppers, a name badge, a willy soap, a few sweets and willy straw!

5. I have (with help) came up with 22 awards (one for each hen) each with a different category i.e worst dancer, best flirt etc etc so will be handed out in the duration of the night.

6. organising some games to do throughout the night and also the friday night when myself and june go down and get there for the friday night.

7 finally (so far lol) I am goin to make up general "advice/words of wisdom cards" to put into the bags also and ask the hens to write on them during the evening some advice / words of wisdom for geri and h2b for their upcoming wedding and marriage!
