I want to decorate my reception venue but as its a bar which will be opening later on i dont wanna be spendin loads n just want stuff that can be left, if that makes sense, if ya google bordellos wine bar isle of man, you can have alook at it n maybe give me some ideas please?xx

I should imagine the place in Douglas is still doing 10 sets of balloons plus an arch for I think £60 including fitting.
