Ok this is probably trivial but my other halfs parents are divorced and are re married do you give both sets gifts on the wedding day. My partner isn't that close to his dad and his other half but is to his mom's husband I'm really confused as to what to do any advice is welcome :)

    Hey hun.

Both my parents and my OH's parents are not together. We are buying for them all but giving our step-parents their gifts before the wedding and then giving our parents theirs during the speeches.

It's completely up to you and your OH what you want to do. You don't have to do anything you don't want or cannot afford to do.

We have been to weddings where they have not got there step-parents anything and been to other where they only got for their mothers. It's different for everyone depending on personal circumstances.

Give gifts to who you want to. If he doesn't want to give a gift to His Dad but does his step dad then that is ok.
