    Hello,

    Sorry if i am doing this all wrong i am a newbie!

    i am looking for some advice

    1) wedding stationary : / i have sent out save the dates and obv invitations are to come but i am so in over my head with what else i need ! I am having a civil service rather than a church so do i need an order or service? i am not having any readings or songs just the standard 'i do's'

    2) wedding favours - i am looking for some inexpensive ideas for favours. can anyone suggest any websites to look on ?

    Hello and welcome!

    Re wedding stationery - you can have an 'order of the day' for civil ceremonies but if you are just having the standard with no readings, it probably isn't necessary. Other stationery to think about is: place names, menus, table plan and thank you cards...however your venue might do the place names etc.

    I'll bump a thread for you on wedding favours - lots of ladies on here have some great ideas for inexpensive favours xx

    welcome Mrs b to b, i've seen some lovely favours on a well known posh chocolate shop on the high street i was looking on their website this morning and they have some offers on just now, or they have some cute chocolate lolly pops too.
