Hi girls and guys got a bit of trouble as the h2b wants to have a fish bowl as a centre piece as I am not to sure on it only because I don't no what to do with the fish after don't need to be taking them all home on the wedding night lol. Any suggestion?

well i am going to have fish bowls with my colored theme marbels or stones at bottom then filled with water with a lily candle on top....
wouldnt change anything about my life!!

u dont have to have real fish in the fish bowl its more the shape of the bowl and u fill it with what ever u like and if u do have more of those u can actually give them as presents to family and friends who have helped with the wedding :D

We're having water beads in ours, got a mixing bowl in the kitchen full of them atm!

I was looking into hire last night and it appears to be cheaper to buy them from the bay of e although not sure what i will do with ten fish bowls after the wedding

I've bought fish bowls from a company called B & M for £3 each - now instead of my centre pieces costing around £20 they will only cost £12 - £15 :)

bay of are selling them, new and used for good price. Nearest B & M Is Hemel or Bletchley and dont alsways stock what the stores have north of me (know from experience!!)
QD, Dunelm sell them, depends on the size you want hun. I do know where you can rent them from so let me know if want the info.

Word of Warning - a friend of a friend had fish bowls with real fish in and the fish came to a horrible end during the evening, without wanting to go deeper, some ended up trodden into the carpet and put in champagne glasses etc , they ended up getting chucked out the venue - a wedding ruined. I'm not suggesting your guests are as I'll manned as the aforementioned mentioned but still - not a happy ending.

This is what my sister in law to be did for her wedding :-) she had the flowers done by the florist as they are fresh but you could get silk from somewhere and cut the stalks really small and just sit them in the stones
