hello everyone, I know this is a strange question, however, my chief bridesmaid has a rather large bust (KK) no way is she fat, however,we are having trouble finding dress styles to suite this shape, any help would be appreciated :D

mmmmmm you may have to possibly get one made for her or possibly go grecian style as its nicely fitted at the top and then still floaty, also t!t tape it the key i literally had to tape my BM in to her dress on the morning to stop her jugs escaping and it worked and kept her in the right place
other than that i'm not really sure what to suggest

I agree with Mrs Mann. Grecian style or an empire line. I had to do this with my BM as she is rather large up to, or she was til she lost a massive pile of weight and she lost a lot of her bust. We went with an empire line one shoulder knee length dress. It was a ham of Debs dress, which I bought off the bay.

Sweet heart necklines are nice as well.

my cousin is my bridesmaid and she is really slim with massive boobs we tried loads of dresses on her and one made them look even bigger lol but the dress we have gone for really is very flattering for her the dress is in my pics but we are getting it in a diffrent colour, not that that matters to you lol, it has straps that sit just of the sholder and because we have got them at a bridal shop they are made to measure and fit perfect, they come with button fasten at the back aswel but we got them altered to be lace up backs x
Grecian style would be nice. It would flatter her bust.

My friend is a larger busted lady and she was recently a bridesmaid. She wore the long grecian one shoulder dress that many people are going for lately and it was lovely.

1950's style with a nipped in A line waist, either halter neck or off the shoulder would be nice :-)

The styles above all suit big busted ladies, also have you looked in actual bridal shops at their range of BM dresses? Only reason is because usually they aren't that badly priced compared to prom style ones in the posh section of debs or anything like that, but they are made to measure, so rather than trying a mahoosive size on in a high st chain, and finding it fits the bust and then she's left with a load of unflattering material, these will be measured to fit the waist, bust, hips etc just like your bridal gown? One of my BM's has a large bust, so know your feeling, she was trying on size 18,20's in the high st, even though shes a 14, 16 max herself but no dresses fit, so we've got bridesmaids dresses from the bridal shop and even though shes had to order a size 18/20 from there the hips and waist will only be a 14...etc xx
