hi ladies, my H2B is scottish, so to bring a bit of scotland into our big day, i have booked a bagpiper to play us and guests out of church, it is a suprise so i cant ask him his opinion. the only people i have told are my mum and my eldest daughter, who havent a clue about bagpipe music the same as me. so any of you out there who could give me any suggestions on music i could request please?? or should i just ask the piper to pick? :) x

PS the piper will be able to suggest lots of things, I'd just leave him to it, he'll play all the classic ones. that's what I'm doing x

the piper will know all the popular wedding songs. Ode to Joy is also a good one.

Ask the pipers to tell you popular choices they often get requested.

you could have a check on Amazon MP3 store they give you previews of the tunes, would agree with Dove on her suggestions, but talk to the piper he/she will have a good idea of suitable tunes.

Our piper also suggested he piped us into the meal which was great. He also played when we arrived at the venue.
