    Hi All,

I have a-symetirc bob and have no clue what I am going to do with my hair on the big day. I have considered extensions but don't particularly want to go down that root (pardon the pun) but will If I really have to. Naturally it's too short to put up, but don't really want to wear it down as I wear it down pretty much all the time so it wouldn't feel special.

Could I be any more difficult?!

Anyway if anyone out there is a hairdresser or in a similar situation please help!! lol

My bridesmaid has a bob too, i had my hair trial this week and my hairdresser has a really great back combing brush she used on mine to lift the crown so she's going to do the same for her. So if you add a bit of height in it that can support a tiara nicely or you can have one side pinned back, there are some lovely diamante accessories around - i got her a diamond comb today to put in. I buy the smaller wedding mags they're packed with ideas/websites that sell hair accessories, definitely worth a look, found my hair do in one of them.

I've just proper cut all my hair off, so it's crop/pixie cut short. You don't need to have long hair to be pretty on your wedding day! I agree with everyone else that accessories can make all the difference, I think I'll just be happy with my tiara.

Maybe you can have some loose curls? There must be a nice way to pin up short hair?

I agree - height and accessories.

My hair is normally shoulder-length but I've been growing it for a year and not using hot appliances on it to improve it's health. I'm not sure how I'm having my hair yet though. Glad you've had some help x

You could have a really pretty side tiara in your hair, or some funky combs etc - or, you could grow your hair slightly for more options as you've plenty of time before your wedding - on your next appt ask the hairdresser for some ideas on whether or not you should grow your hair a bit or what they've seen done with shorter styles - part of their job is to keep up to date with hair fashions so I'm sure they'll be able to point you in the right direction!

If anyone wants to give their hair a boost my hairdresser recommended a product that helps hair grow, its for hair that won't grow beyond a certain length. Can get it from the high street about £8 a pot, i can't believe how long mine has grown with it. Can post a link if anyone is interested.

Link posted for you both :-) Seems to work for me, I have lots of hair but very fine and hardly grows so this seems to have helped it get going and down to my chest now.
