    Hiya ladies,
Asking for some advice as there are lots of ladies on here lol I wonder if anyone can suggest a good way to get phlegm off your chest while pregnant, I am 18 weeks, I have had a cold for a few weeks, now have this awful cough but as I have all the muck on my chest it's making me frequently heave and be sick :( and my little one (4yr old) is due back at school soon and walking makes it worse, do not like honey or lemon lol or is it best to see doctor?
    Xx

I would go to your local chemist and ask them, as they know whats safe, but I don't see why something like Vaporub or similar would not be ok during pregnancy

I think Vicks is okay as far as I remember, but I used to drink warm honey and lemon when I was pregnant that kinda eased my colds and coughing so not sure. Maybe best to ask at a pharmacy they have loads of good advice when your pregnant x
