As many of you know I am looking for Vivienne Westwood Melissa Lady Dragon shoes. I want a certain model and no other - but it's a an old model and sold out - and hard to get on Ebay. This particular model I mean.




If all else fails I will buy a counterfeit from Japan or the USA but firstly I want to go down the ethically correct route and find a second hand pair. Has anyone got a pair in size 5 to sell? Do you know anyone? I'll have them!

Have you put up wanted notices on Gum and Bay?

No problem - Gum is good as you can put on wanted adverts too.

Ebay used to have a facility you could register for alerts for specific items based on key words but not sure if they still have it.

Have you tried Pre loved site - they have the wrong colour but you could see if they have a "wanted" ad facility?

I put in a search in eBay there's quite a few in size five ivory/white with red heat starts from £70 - £120

The new ones are always counterfeit ones, I am not saying I would never buy that but most certainly not for a price close to the original.

Phew I was getting worried for a while you were one of those who bid everytime someone else would bid and sometimes bump up the price unnecessarily. I personally never bid until last 10/15 seconds.

However as a seller I get so stressed when my items dont have bids lol

I adore those shoes but
1. if you're having trouble finding them then I'll never find any!
2. they're way too expensive for me to justify
3. H2B thinks they're horrible

Yeah, I want the light blue ones cause they'd fit my colour scheme perfectly!I wish there was a light blue pair with a white heart, if there was I'd be getting a pair no matter what h2b thought! lol :)

Have you thought about using esnipe in the future? Its a bidding that costs a little to use (but saves me vast fortunes in return) and automatically bids for you at the last 5 seconds of the auction. Its a great tool if you are likely to forget about auctions ending like me! Good luck with the shoes x
