We made up a poem, but if we hadn't I wanted something very simple:

We're finally getting hitched and we'd like you to be there

If you can change the wording to fit your day, feel free to use it :-) We did spend quite a while at it! I think we started of with just a couple of lines for the vouchers, and just went from there.

I'm nowhere near ready, still have loads of things to do - it's all the little things like the gifts. Although we still need to do the table plan, and have only had RSVPs from less than half the people we sent day invites to, so I'll have to start chasing for them soon.

I'm sure there'll be other stuff that comes up that I haven't thought about!

mine were just standard white shop bought invites with silver writing..... then i bought some gems and ribbon n customised them to our colours and style. cost about £12.50 for invites and £ 4.20 to customise. x x x

are you sure we're not related ??? lol mine were shop bought white and silver..i bought a calligraphy pen and wrote them myself, printed a lovely poem of t'internet..and customised them my self...total cost £15... BB rules lol !!!

my friend is making my invites for me as a present they are lovely , just the wording she wants me 2 chose :/

mel , im sure the gifts will b easy, u will know whats right for that person as soon as you see it ! im not having a sit down so havent got the worry of the table plan (thank god ) im confused enough on the invites hahaha xxx
