    I have woken up to find the HUGEST SPOT in the middle of my top lip (like in the groove bit at the top)
    So now i look like i have a massive upper lip :(

    WHAT DO I DOOOOOOOOO

    Got my MOHs birthday night out this sat and then hols next week - everytime i get this spot its here for months

    WELL NOT THIS TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I WILL SUCEED IN GETTIN RID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Freederm is the best thing I have found hun that and toothpaste! Freederm reduces the inflammation in the spot overnight!

    is it deffinatly a spot and not a coldsore? if it could be a coldsore those compeed patches are brilliant u cant see them once you put it on and gets rid really quickly, but if just a spot the toothpaste trick works a treat
