alive network is a good agency that is online, you just put in the area you are from and what you want and they do all the work for you! I was looking for a quartet for the church, they found one for me and phoned me with all the details. Mum managed to find a cheaper one though. But you can read all the reviews that people have left that have used the bands etc. Hope you find what your looking for, good luck xx

yeah that is a good price jo! anyone know any good classicial songs as the string quartet i have booked said they would contact me to ask about a play list and i have no idea about this type of music !!

Try local music schools or colleges. There are some very talented artists out there just dying to be heard.
I would ask them to do you a mixture of classical pieces and contemporary. For example I have some guns and roses, kylie, nickelback etc being played but because its on the harp it sounds so elegant its amazing. I can email you some examples if you send me your addy to give you an idea.
