I'm just about to buy my dress but i have just read the T & C's and it mentions about paying import taxes and brokerage fees. Do i have to pay these??? I read somewhere that they gift there items.
Thanks in advance! x

Thanks for this post. Was wondering about this myself as this is also my plan. I've been browsing Light In The Box and DH Gate... beautiful gowns! :) X
I got clobbered with import tax. Not a huge amount but was mightily narked about it as I wasn't warned about it and hadn't budgeted for it. It was 1 (knee length) dress I bought (which in all honesty is gorgeous and really well made, which softened the blow) which was £40.83, then shipping on top was £12.53. The import tax was £14.89 which had to be paid cash on delivery. I'd say cost it into your budget and then if you don't get charged it's a bonus. Hx
Vegas baby!
