    try ginger nut biscuits...
midwife always told me to take a pack of biscuits up to bed the night before than have one when you first wake up before you get out of bed due to sugar levels may be low 1st thing...

try & drink more.. im not too sure what else to suggest...

When you seeing midwife? maybe speak to her about it

    Xxx

For normal nausea they recommend peppermint - so polos/tea etc. I usually find they help me when I'm naseous.

There's something you can buy online called Preggypops, basically anti nausea lollipops lol. And a friend of mine is and was using travel sickness wrist bands. That along with the usual crackers, ginger, mint etc should hopefully help.

The not being sick is worse than the actual sickness isn't it? At least once you've been sick you have a small feeling of relief (until the next bout)

If it does get worse to the stage where you can't eat or progresses to bad actual being sick then go to your GP there's multiple anti-sickness tablets you can be prescribed. Cyclazine worked wonders for me lol

i used to sip ginger cordial, and or have a dry piece of toast to settle my stomach. Alough dont really think anything works 100%. Its just one of those horrid things you have to get through. I do feel for you though xx

ooo i just remembered i also used to have toast in bed about half hour before getting up...makes an awful mess in the bed but its good to try and eat it while your still kind of lying down and then wait a while before sitting up and getting out of bed xx

Unfortunately you kind of get used to it. I had all day nausea until 25 weeks! Ginger biscuits are supposed to help. Don't drink plain water, always put something in like ginger, lemon, squash etc. I really struggled to drink at all but I saw recently a recommendation to drink 10-20 minutes after you've eaten something so it's not on an empty stomach but doesn't make you full. I started having several ice lollies a day because it was the only way I could take liquids without throwing up. And just go with your cravings/aversions. If you can find something that doesn't make you sick, don't worry too much about how healthy it is.

I would suggest ginger biscuits like the others have said, one before you get out of bed. I personally found that orange lucozade helped me lots.

Now, sickness early on can also be an indication of multiple pregnancy.

I drank ginger and lime tea and had a piece of toast literally as i went to bed at night but to be honest its just one of those things in early pregnancy. I had it from 6-9 weeks then again 14-16 weeks. Try and make sure you get lots of rest and eat little and often rather than big heavy meals xx
