I was trying on my own dress to show my mum recently and obviously the subject of bridesmaid dresses came up. Being on a tight budget I said I was planning to get them online, she was telling me horror stories about dresses not matching, wrong shade and in some cases sending closest match etc. now I appreciate they want you to buy from their shop, but I've 3 Bridesmaids. All different heights and sizes between my chief bridesmaid will be 40 and my other two nearly 50!!
Yip, I've ate myself a challenge
Does anyone know a reliable online shop? Is it a good or bad idea? Can I hear your experiences?
Thank you in advance for any advice.
Fuzzy !! xx

instead of an online shop how about the high street department stores they always av sales on and you can get dresses from bout £30 in the sale, what kind of bridesmaid dresses are you looking for considering your bridesmaids are a little older than the usual ones ... not meaning to be rude but most usual bridesmaid dresses are more suited to the younger age. av you asked if maybes they could buy there own dress?? x

I got mine off eBay and they are fine, they were £30 each and had to pay £21 import tax... I'd never never never get an actual wedding dress off the Internet though... Go to high street if u don't wanna take the risk
Ill marry my hero

I made mine. I really liked the two birds dresses as I too have very different bm's, but didnt like the price tage of £200. I made all three for £90. There are some pics in my album of q trial dress in a different green. I ended up going for a dark green as it was more complimentary on the girls!
