ok so its day one of the diet and again all I can think about is food. I know this feeling will disappear in about a week but any advice on how to distract yourselves to make sure you stay on track would be grateful as at the moment im eyeing up the last of the quality street even though I dont like any left.

Is there any fruit or veg you like that you could snack on? If you can you should allow yourself a little of what you like to help the cravings, as it will help you avoid a big blow out! Good luck, stay positive and make healthy choices! xx

I think I will go asda and get those fruit snack packs as I find them easy to snack on. Im a bit of a pain though as I dont like fruit and veg that much but at least being on my diet means that I am more likely to eat the fruit and veg because the w. w. diet makes it clear I need to get at least five.

I hate fruit and veg too, and am also on WW, and tbh eating them makes losing easier, allows you to eat! There are also low point treats you could snack on, cracker bread etc. Look at your points and try and allow yourself a few treats, and eat small and often! xx

when i was on WW used to make loads of sugar free jelly to snack on..... and add tinned fruit(in own juice) to make it more filling xx
