Congratulations and welcome to ukbride, there so many lovely ladys here to help, im forever needing help lol. When I first joined I didnt have a clue where to start ether but ukbride are so helpful. First thing to do is find a venue that you love and book your wedding and come up with a budget on what you want to spend xx

Awww this is so lovely! Im obsessed at the moment, weddings are all i want to talk about, i think im boring people! lol. Im still undecided on a venue... Though everywhere i look is ridiculously expensive (for me)... I was quote £11000 a few days ago!! nearly fell of the chair, thought id read it wrong! lol.

We've got a date now... 23rd October 2011! So quite a long way to go yet but im bubbling over with excitement, if money permitted i'd have it next week but unfortunately we have to save... booooo! lol.
It'l be well worth it though. The venue is lovely, everything in one place and the venue does alot of the stuff for us which will hopefully relieve some of pressure/stress.
Im just so excited. Been looking for favours and dress' already. Cant wait to actually go and try some on... How long do you think i should leave it before doing this?

Hi, welcome. Join the fun. I think its normal to become a bridezilla. The colour of something, a nifty object you c everything is wedding. Gosh I love it. H2B has already become a B2B widow, but he's fine with that he just sits and plays x-box.
I plucked up the courage to nip into a bridal wear shop the other day to check on what her stance was on lead time, she said it was 7 months officially but would recommend 1 year. She's had a lot of rush jobs this past couple of weeks.
Good luck with it all sounds like your steaming through your planning already. Any Q's I think between us all we can help.xx
