    I am a newbie !

So far we have booked the church & reception for 18th August next year, I have also tried on loads of dresses and fallen in love with an Alan Hannah one but it is way over our budget so I need to try and find something like it but cheaper ???

Think we have the photographer booked just waiting for him to confirm.

I am suddenyly realising there is quite a lot to do now, so was wondering if anyone knows where I can download a wedding organiser list ??

And anything else I should be panicing about already ??

    xx

    hey there,
Sounds like you have done the 2 most important steps! Once those are sorted all the rest will fall into place after you pick your theme/colour scheme. The checklist Kaz mentioned is very helpful. Also lots of magazines have ideas, the smaller ones I found are better. Local wedding fayres are also good for suppliers in the area.

Have fun organising, we got engaged in January and we've done a church wedding and managing to do everything quite easily for a wedding that is now in 7 weeks :-)

    xx

I used a spread sheet someone gave me as a starting point and there's so many resources these days it hasn't been too bad. Went to the NEC for a show too and enjoyed the day with my mom. Its been really good fun, not sure what i will do with myself when its over :-)

Lots of nice ladies on here too that will provide any help and advice, wish i had been on here sooner.
