I am looking at decorations for my wedding and am thinking of doing my own balloons, however, I am not sure where to look for helium tank hire or purchase in Manchester
Does anyone know of anywhere and how much it will be roughly?

For a party last year we bought one of those DIY helium canisters, cost just over £20...however, it was very difficult to do and we gave up in the end. Hiring will probably be better as they can show you exactly how to do it.
