Im thinking of getting helium balloons at my engagement, but thought about having them floating on the celing, in a cloud type thing raither than on tables, where they get taken down and sucked ect.... what do you think, just go with the tables or try to do the clouds, bearing in mind im trying do it myself, lol... ill be walking round with a high pitched voice all night coz the helium leaked out the cylinder in my house!!!!

Have you thought about a balloon archway or somethin else as decoration? more likely to get noticed as its lower down but less likely t get nicked as its part of a display

Yea, think i might go with tables, not having an arch for an engagment, i think it might be to much, save that for the wedding!!! Thanks ladies

i'd like to have the same thing at my wedding over the dancefloor. could you do them yourself?? or do you need to get someone else in to do them??

i really like the thought of a net and releasing them during our first dance!!

there will be a lot of kids at our wedding, so they will be a great distraction

Ive seen this done at a party but you need a CRAP load of balloons for it to work .. this nearly happend at brothers engagement party but lucky me tall otehr half turn up to reach the all down haha... also because of the lights.. helium wil shrink (dunna ask me how) and the balloons will start to come down..

It you want a cheap way of making a arch look at Link a Loons..

If your not keen on balloon balloons on the table why not have the foiled shaped ones on every one table? like one star?
