    im getting married next april but i want a traditional wedding but my grand dad is giving me away as i dont have a dad should i put my grandparents on the top table as well or keep it small or not have a top table im stuck on what to do can anyone give me some ideas please

    It is entirely up to you hun! If you don't mind me asking, where is your mum in all of this? Will she be there? If so I would have your grandparents, your mum you and H2b and the best man! But that is just me!

    i asked my mum to give me away but she thinks my granddad should do i put my h2b grand parents on the head table to?

    tricky one isn't it as you only have one set of parents each, yet alot of people still have both sets of grandparents surviving!

    I know it's a hard question to ask but do you both still have both set of grandparents, cos if you do that is going to be a very big Top Table

    My h2b's parents have spilt up so we don't want them sat too close to each other (just to avoid any friction) so we're having a table for just us and our daughter and letting each parent have their own table (with guests) - my friend had a traditional top table and all grandparents were on that it was big but so was the wedding so it didn't look out of place or anything : )

    why not have a table with you and hubby and put the other on another table
