As I have posted earlier both my wedding dress and flowergirl dresses came from China..I was so very very happy with them all. £165 for all 3 dresses. There are pics in my albums and I will post the link to the maker on anyone's wall who wants it xxxxxxx
I looked at one of the sites recommended by one of the girls on UK Bride, not a chinadress but one from the UK, her dresses look beautiful and she seems really nice. I'm still in two minds because the dresses I like are ALL chinadresses. I had a beautiful dress from china last year for my birthday but a wedding dress is something different. I suspect the pictures are genuine but that they use cheaper cuts and cheaper fabric on the ones they sell us maybe? Anyway, I think I'm going to go with the one that is posted on my wall because loads of girls on here have used her :) x

Emma, do you mean the lady from Glasgow? Link kayleigh sent? I am using her too!! She does package discount and she actually puts the dresses she makes up on facebook and her website, rather than the originals that she copies. A lot of her dresses are actually not copies though. They are brilliant! And her dresses range from 150-600. BARGIN!x

i ordered mine off an online shop from 'america' although it was hong kong.. mori lee.. should have been 1800 in the bridal shop i first tried it on and i got it for £203.. absolutely stunning fit perfect length (which is normally impossible as im short) thankfully the woman in the bridal shop told me the length and bridal size to order :p and the style number . made exactly the same quality as instore.. want the link then message me :) xx

I am definitely ordering a china dress (as my budget is so tight i simply cant afford one from over here) before xmas so when i do i will let you all know how it goes :-) fingers crossed all will be well with it :-) xx however A good friend of mine ordered one about a year ago now and it was stunning! she had it custom made (she had sent her about 20 measurements of various places) as she didnt trust it to be the right size otherwise! it cost her £120 althogether but you would have thought there should have been an extra 0 on the end of that price lol! xx

Hi Ladies, sorry for late reply, Kimmie.Bride.to.be I am going for the one which has the website with georgous and big in the title. She has FB too so probably the same lady.
Aurora - I am going to mix and match, she told me I could choose a skirt and bodice from any of her styles. But I might send her a dress to copy too, she looks like she does an ace job. :)

i got my engagement dress from china its red and it looks ok. not too heavy and fits perfectly to a tee. were having a masquerade themed engagement/birthday party. in fact once ive worn it im selling it as i dont have anywhere to store it. got it from *************

My dress from Voldemort just arrived and it's stunning, I'm so pleased with it and it fits perfectly! For those who were wondering about lace, there is a little lace detailing on my dress and on comparison with the pics of the original, there's not much difference between them. Will try and post some pics later :)

Sorry for taking so long to get pics sorted, couldn't find the lead to plug my phone into the pc! They're not the best pics in the world either cos the light coming in through the window was all over, and you have to bear in mind that the dress will need a steam, but the dress is gorgeous and I'm really pleased with it :)
