    thanks scott will have a look have been asked if someone my hair dresser knows ( known her as one of my best friends for 10 years ! the hair dresser i mean ) a friend of hers has just finished uni and is trying to get some stuff in her portfolio and has asked to do our wedding for free would just have to get the photos printed or put in a book what do you think should we take a chance ?

    At the end of the day it's your decision...is there a Photographer Expert on here?

    It may be a bit impractical, but why not book a photographer and also let your friend take pictures as well for her portfolio?

    If you were asking about discos however, I would strongly advise you against using an amateur, as your Wedding Reception is one big and expensive mistake if it goes wrong!
