Hi ladies As you may know h2b and I are very frustrated at having our friends having children when they have never bothered to work or study whilst we have to wait. So we sat down and discussed when we would start trying for our own family. Looking at the times we have the earliest we can start trying is December of this year :) We are going to look again in december before we start but I am so excited that h2b is so ready for our family. He has really shown in the last few days how much he loves me and how much he wants to be with me and keep me safe. I am so happy and so excited right now I just had to tell someone! Yay! I'm so pleased for you. I'm the same all my friends are having babies/got kids and I'm broody too. We sat down and talked about it and agreed that we would give ourselves a few months after the wedding to spend as man and wife and get some money back in the bank then we will start. Its an amazing feeling once you have talked it over and planned it.

Not really ok at all.... h2b doesn't know how to deal with me at all. I started crying cos someone had a baby in a restaurant on saturday! Dr gonna try me on fertility drugs that'll make me really poorly and they don't think will work, but h2b has told me we'll try everything we can :-(

my friend thought she couldnt have kids both her and her hubby both have fertility problems, and they tried so hard she was on injections too and he cut out alcohol etc to try and boost his sperm count, they tried for about 5 years and never managed, they then decided to look into fostering, as soon as they stopped trying she fell pregnant and baby isla is due next month. i cant imagine how hard it is for you, but there are so much they can do these days, request your dr to see a specialist, and research which hospital has the best reputation for fertility treatment etc in you area, because you can choose where you want to go, and who will give you the best chance to have a baby !!!

H2b works for a group of private hospitals, so if nhs don't help gonna go to them. He said he'd see if he could swap his bonus for IVF or something. Feel a bit all over the place atm, was a bit of a shock. I only went to docs cos mum and h2b were nagging me, didn't expect anything to be wrong, and after a couple of trips to hospital I got told that :-|

We planned to wait till we were married and had originaly planned to get married in june this year but hay ho our little girl decided to come along and we've had to pospone our wedding by a year so hopefully we'll be able to afford to get married in june 2012 instead but we are both so happy our little girl is going to be at our wedding to join in on the celebrations

I have polycystic overie syndrome and was told two years ago I'd never conceive, I fell pregnant a year after finding that out but lost the baby and we've been trying ever since but had no luck. I was put on metformin which hasn't helped at all so I'm hoping, after the wedding and after some weight loss I can go on to clomephine which stimulates your overies, helps make eggs and forces you to ovulate if that fails then its IVF. Kaya, nag your doctor to refer you to a infertility clinic, I waited 9 months just for consultation then told I was a stone over there weight allowance so they wouldnt see me! But I kept going back and fourth to the doctor and they finally started getting on the ball and helping me out. You just have to keep trying too because you never know what could happen!

Its been a long 2 years for me but Im still staying positive, if I dont have a baby naturally I still will have one any other way! You got to keep your chin up. My baby sister is due her baby in 7 weeks, breaks my heart shes having one before me and it was an accident pregnancy but one day that'll be me and one day it will be you!

We will start trying in bout 5 months, and im really sorry to hear about your situation Kaya, And im glad your h2b is so supportive. I also rely on medication to make it possible. have been on it 2 years now and so its pot luck for us :S fingers crossed for you hun xx

it can sometimes take a while...i came of the mini pill and took me 9 months to become pregnant but lost the baby. sometimes just takes a while. has made me want a baby even more tho. xx

shes not on her own me n h2b have been trying 4 2 n half years and no luck and we have been told theres nothing wrong but we both know we have 2 stop smoking and eat health which we do eat healthy but still no luck i have given up trying and hoping it will happen with out no stress were not drinkers or anything just not r time yet i suppose

Oooh all you lucky ladies talking about starting a family...just remember to enjoy each other, love each other and whatever will be will be. All doors to a family are closed to me but that is just the way it goes sometimes. I have an amazing h2b and we have filled the family void with other good things in our relationship and my gorgeous 6 God children. Good luck to everyone and stay clam and relaxed.....nature is a funny powerful thing so enjoy the practising!!! x

Thanks everyone oh and clareabella i don't think he is i think he is just really paranoid because the only thing he ever really wanted was to settle down with the woman he loves and have kids so he worries as he wants it so much he may not be able to get it. *Rolls eyes* he will be fine I'm sure and if not we can work round it some how xxx

Oh ladies I am so sad to hear about all you who can't have kids :( I am dreading the time we start to try for a baby and don't conceive. When I was younger I couldn't care less about a baby and I'm worried that karma will ocme back and bite me in the bum. There is certainly something in the water around this way though as around 6 of my friends are pregnant. xxx
