Hi, If you are just thinking about setting up a wedding list - let me save you lots of time. Do not register with Debenhams. They are useless. If things are unavailable on your list they will remove them without telling you and they mess with your list meaning things are on there twice - you have to keep a constant check, which is the last thing you need in the final weeks on the run up to your wedding. When it then comes to delivery - they will mess you around on that too. It's all well and good them giving you vouchers to say sorry - once you've had the hassle you are stressed and it's stress you do not need. You can get just as good stuff elsewhere so do yourselves a favour and use a retailer that provides the service they promise. Debenahms lure you in with goodie bags but can't deliver as promised - take my word for it - I've been there and wish I had gone somewhere else.

We signed up with debenhams and they keep sending me junk mail without postage on.... and wont give me the money back for the ammount of times I've had to go to the post office and PAY to collect my junk mail. Not impressed either. We're looking to go with m&s but they don't have a gift list as such, just a wish list.... not sure if iut works the same way... anyone know? x
Now Mrs Cobb!!!!!! :-D

We have 1 set up there, we went there on friday to do scanning and stuff but they didn't seem to be that efficient, and their scanning system is a joke! And we didn't like much from there.... god we're fussy! haha

We were approached by them at a wedding fair early last year, we put our names down just to shut them up! Any way we got a phone call from them a few months ago asking when we were going to go in and sort the list out, we told them to cancel it as we were asking for contributions to the honeymoon fund and they got funny with us!! I spoke to the manager and complained about the attitude and he said he would remove us from the list.....last week we got yet another letter from them saying we needed to go to Plymouth (about 30 miles away) to sort out the list, should take about 2 hours and they will throw in a free coffee....for heavens sake!!! I now just put the post straight in the bin!
