Ask them whats the reason behind it, never heard of that before but maybe some places do this, I dont know.
she wldnt tel me, just said they'd make an exception but it would mean paying for everythin one month prior to wedding then in last email said that they'd still need a copy i can get a cheap one for £20 online? wots the point if we dont want it, plus they asking for something called an interim payment with no explenation as to what for? x
