oh yeah, have always suffered but the day i hit 30 my body decided that any more than 2 glasses of wine and it was gonna make me suffer it, big time. Hope you start to feel better soon, i find diarolites (sp?) help to balance out the salts etc, as thats why we feel so bad, dehydrated, i always have a bananna for the potassium as well ! and later a bag of salt and vinegar crisps (dont know why they just seem to heal me!!)

I always have a pint of a water & take a tablet (ibuprofen or the like) before I go to bed & I never have a hangover although I do feel like I want to eat everything in sight & i'mmtired but I don't have a sore head or feel sick or anything. This little trick has worked for me for years however I'm turning 30 next month so hope this doesn't change anything!! X

I feel dog rough too this morning, went to a bonfire party last night, and because i only had one meal yesterday i was so drunk i don't remember some of it, and that is not like me, even had to be sick before i went to bed as the room was spinning, so feeling a little delicate today and i definitely think it is an age thing. It is going to happen though when you think we have probably been drinking since around 16 and our bodies have had enough, lol. I don't normally drink heavily because of the after effects, but i didn't even notice it last night until it was too late! Good night though, lol. xx

Always say its a good night if you cant remember some of it, lol. When we were young we used to sit down and 'remember' the night together like a jigsaw cos we all 'lost' different times and places. Oohhh cant get that drunk now, dont enjoy it all, hate being sick and all the things that come along with that. Also makes me feel really anxious when i cant remember things, as if i've been naughty and i feel embarassed for things i cant remember doing! If that makes sense. Not very often i've done anything terrible tho!

I havn't had a hangover since may, did a never again night! Whoopsies, lost a diamond ring (now replaced it, and thank F it wasn't my engagement ring)

They definately get worse the older you get. I have also worked out that ciggies make me have a worse hangover - the more I smoke the worse it gets :0)

    I'm now a married woman
    I have a gorgeous husband
    Whats to do now
Theres no more wedding planning to do

Hangovers in my 30's are definitely worse than they were before, but maybe that's because I have to get up with my son and never get the chance to lay in bed till lunch time like I used to! x

I'm not quite 21 and me + drinking never ever works. I get almighty headaches sometimes when I drink, and I sleep for days and days if I go out at all. I can have a glass or two of something and that's me done... I just end up feeling so awful the next day.

I'll probably drink on our wedding day, but won't be having much. Maybe one when we're getting ready, fizz to toast and a cocktail but after that I'll stick to slush and soft drinks or I'll be in bed by 11pm :P

Lol, yeah sadly as you get older the worse it gets!! I used to drink loads on a night out and always be the 1st up in the morning cooking everyone breakfast! Now, if I have more than 2 glasses of wine I feel like s*#t the next day! Not feeling great this morning as shared a bottle of wine with my h2b last night! I think if you drink a large glass of water before going to bed it is supposed to help, plus keep in some alka selzers for good measure in the morning lol. Will have to pace myself on my wedding day so I am not hung over the next day :-)
The joys of getting older eh! K xxx
