I know its quite early but trying to decide on hair styles for my flowergirls. i'm quite happy for my maid of honour to have her hair however she wants it but need to decide what I want my flowergirls/ bridemaid to have. my bridemaid will be 11 with lovely long hair. and the flowergirls will be 5 3 and 2. the 5 year old to be currently has hair just below her shoulders and very fine hair so will need a lot of product to keep it in so worried curls wont stay in. the 3 year old to be has hair down to her chin atm so don't think it will much longer than her shoulders by next year. and the 2 year old to be has hair about 2inches long so doubt she will have a huge amount of hair by then lol. any ideas for what hairstyles they can have? ideally i'd like them to be similar but understand with the different lengths this might not be possible. and i'd like them to have tiaras too.

Perhaps they could have cute ringlets especially if they are having tiaras.... They would look adorable x

Don't do anything too complicated as I can't imagine any 2yr old will sit long enough. Maybe something to take their hair away from their faces (I'm thinking half up half down style) so you don't have to worry about their hair being over their face for any photos. X

I agree with Kirsty, something that won't take long, something that won't drop out, as you say they have fine hair, the curls would just drop out. Maybe something like the picture attached, you could add some little flowers or diamantes to it as well if you wished.

I just let our FG who was 3 at the time have her hair down, she has natural loose curls then wore a cute alice band.

I'm having half up half down so wondered if them having the same would look cute :) I want them to have some thing esp my to be 5year old as she loves all girly stuff so want her to have all the works like everyone espouse is getting ( except the full make up lol) should I just pick their tiaras n deal with the hair when it comes to it? And what sort of tiaras do you think for little kids and a 11 year old?

Our fg's will be just under 2 & just under 4 by about a month each so we aren't doing anything with their hair. They may wear a cute Alice band but only if they tolerate it!

Similar to Erin, I'm not doing anything with thier hair, cute alice bands, but not sure they'll tolerate it.

I was a flower girl when I was 4, (embarrassing picture below!!) and I have vivid memories of the shoes hurting, the flowers being heavy and cutting myself on a thorn.
I looked cute, but I was in pain, and having my hair done was the final straw, the flower headband was uncomfortable and I ripped it off as soon as the photos were done. I'm the blonde one!

ive got one flower girl under 2 and im just leaving her hair as it is, i don't think she will appreciate anything being done and i would much rather she is happy and comfortable.
