Hi ladies im seriously thinking of getting hair exstentions for my wedding as h2b loves long hair so do i i had it cut a while ago and the girl cut too much of so its not as long or thick as i would like it i have never hade them b4 so was wondering if any of you ladies have them or have had them before what did you think are they easy to manage do they really damage your hair thanks all xxx

i have been to 2 salons to see them and prices i do have clip in ones but think i would like to try proper ones,i just wa\nted to know if anyone on here has them good price for yours mind hun xx

ive used the clip ins but find they slide out quite quick and ive also used had the strip extentions lots of times i love them but they are hard to style with out showing the bonds. they do damage hair ALOT if you pull them out though but i always use baby oil or just loads of conditioner and they slide out nice and easy.
for my wedding day i want the individual extentions, ive always wanted them but couldnt afford the prices as have 3 kids who come first, htb has said i can have them on the day and honeymoon x

I used to have Raccoon hair extensions for about a year. They cost me £550 every 3-4 months!!! Which is why I stopped having them done!
I tried the 'standard' hair at first which cost £350. They looked ok at first but soon became matted and they were a nightmare to look after.
So i then tried the 'European' (the more expensive option) hair which were fabulous.
My hair didn't seemed damaged at all once they were removed, if anything my hair felt in better condition because I was styling the extended hair rather than my own.
So my advise is you get what you pay for with hair extensions!

i was going to get bonds but it would take anything upto 10 hours to do cos my hair that thick so i am going to go with clip ins and plus if u dont like the bonds in there hard to take out and sitting forhours getting them in better with clip ins thats my thoughts xxx

if i was 2 have them id have them clipped in i cudnt sit there for 7 hours while real extensions were being put in haha x

2 of my bridesmaids usually have hair extensions and they used to use the glue ones and her hair started to fall out and was leaving her with like baldspots not good when i spoke to my hairdresser about hair extensions, she said the best ones to use are the clip in ones with real hair as i really want hair extensions for my wedding day my h2b loves my hair long and curled xx

well i have had my extentions put in and they are fantastic they look great with my own hair they are glued ones look really long aswell feels ok too xx

thanks hun well i love mine providint they looked after they should be ok as she said you will concentrate on ur extenstions more as they longer than own hair i got mine in 2 months b4 day so will still be nice but may need few more putting in b4 the day xx

Hi ladies

I bought some hair that was going to be weaved in as a trial before I tried something more perminant. Sadly my hairdresser cant get hold of the thread to weave them in so I am having to go for the expensive perminant ones.

She recomends Balmain (sp???) as they are the best. Cherly cole is supposed to have them but they are very expensive and she qutoted me £500. Cheaper than normal because she wants to use me in advertising lol. She then said the next best thing is racoon extensions. She said that would cost about £300, again cheaper because she wants to use my pic for advertising.

you need to use a certain brush with them im getting used to them now i have to sleep with my hair in a bobble so they dont get tangled up ,lol sorelle i love that top its lush i like it in the red to xx

they were gonna charge me this to buy more hair and they would re do them i dont have that money lying around close to wedding to just pay out xx

Aw Nickers what you gonna do now? I have some clip in extensions from the bay and they are really natural and were quite cheap.
