Hi girlies! So happy and excited! Had out meeting with our caterer and we've picked:
Starter: cream of lettuce soup... Main: chicken breast in pancetta with forstier sauce with crushed new potatoes with seasonal veg... Desert: profiteroles, strawbs, meringue and cream...
Buffet:
Chicken korma spinach and red pepper with ricotta pasta steak and ale cobbler pulled pork loin in BBQ sauce Selection of breads potato salads coleslaw salt and pepper cheesey wedges plus more...
Not having any deserts with that though because of cake and sweet table.... Sounds NOMMMMMMY!!! xxxxxx
