Well there is a reasonably new salon opened up in my area and it looked gorge, they do all the of top of the range procedures such as permenant make up, botox, laser hair removal etc so i thot this place must be really good. Went in last week to make my booking for wedding make up consultation, at the time the lady behind the desk appeared arrogant and disinterested, but i never really thought any more of it (maybe she was jus havin a bad day). BUT. . .went in for my consultation today and she was there behind the desk again; same smug arrogant manner and was quite rude. Got told to sit and wait and got left waiting a good twenty minutes while she and another member of staff chatted away in front of me about their personal lifes and i was ignored. The girl that did my consultation was lovely tho and i was impressed with their mineral make up. Once finished i enquired at the desk to the price of myself adn 3 bridesmaids all having trials and make up done on the day; again she just smirked and abruptly answered me.
I know this sounds petty but i jus hate arrogant A holes like this and her manner was terrible, i was made to feel really uncomfortable and i would have thought you should be made to feel relaxed and pampered in a beauty salon!! Torn coz i really liked their make up but to be honest really dont want to give them the business now grrrrr

Well if the actual lady was nice and you liked the make-up phone up and ask to speak to the store manager and put in a complaint stress it was on two occassions not just one and that because of this you are thinking of taking you business elsewhere you may get a dicount as they are new theyll want good feedback etc xx

I think you should put in a complaint too. She obviously needs brought down a peg or two. A couple of people Ive spoken to have been very rude also. No one has the right to be rude to anyone else for absolutely no reason. Its not fair. I am a receptionist and sometimes I get really stressed when its busy and maybe am not as polite as I could be but I am never ever downright rude. Tell her boss! She deserves it

yeh im tempted to fone in and make a complaint about the lady behind the desk, but im a bit nervous coz im so sure her badge stated she was a manager and i hate confrontation but at the same time i jus think their is no need to be made to feel really uncomfortable and she acted as if she didnt give a toss xxxxxxxx yeh would be fab if i could privatly arrange for the girl to do our make up

Aww pet i would speak to her manager and complain,dont let her worry you and if you love the make up go for therexxx
