Really not sure what to do..... My H2B is really upset at the moment... his best man has been trying to organise his stag do, but NONE of his friends are responding. We had a huge problem getting their responses to wedding invites and basically had to threaten to uninvite them and speak to their partners, so it's not a huge surprise, but he's now on the verge of cancelling.... I really want him to have a good time with his friends, but not sure what I can do to help.... Feel like going round and slapping them!! Especially as most of them live next door!!!!!

If they live so close I would go round and have a go at them! Men can be really inconsiderate sometimes, they would probably just turn up on the night anyway without saying that they are going! From my experience, a lot of males tend to decide what they are doing anywhere from a day, to an hour before they actually do it, maybe they just need a little push to get their butts in gear! If that fails, talk to their partners, I'm sure they would soon sort them out! lol xxx

To be honest i would question if his b/m is contacting them like he said as I dont know many blokes that arent up for a stag do. If I were you I would get your h2b to contact the lads himself. The only reason I say this is because my cousin had her hen party last weekend and it ended up me and my aunt having to sort it out as she hadnt booked or arranged anything. xx

He's only looking at doing a meal and night out. BM has definitely tried to contact them, as has H2B. I've tried chasing them up myself, but they are just not responding. It's annoying as he really needs to get things booked this week because his best friend is travelling a couple of hundred miles for it and can only do one specific weekend and he can't make it to the wedding.... it's really a matter of all of our male friends being totally disorganised and not understanding that things need to be planned/booked in advance!!
